Lead Domestic Programs

If you are accompanying students on domestic travel, please do the following:

 

Student Travel in the DFW area (no overnight stay)

  1. Collect student forms
  2. Complete CSA (Campus Security Authority) training. Contact the Director of Clery Act Compliance, Mike Webster at m.n.webster@tcu.edu, about the CSA designation and how to access training.*

Student Travel in the US (with overnight stay)

Please begin this process 2 – 4 weeks before departure.

  1. Register student travel
  2. Contact the Director of Clery Act Compliance, Mike Webster at m.n.webster@tcu.edu or 817-257-1760, to learn more about the CSA designation and how to access training.*
  3. Review Program Leader materials

*CSA Training: All individuals designated as CSAs by the University are required to complete an annual online training. The training provides a broad overview of the Clery Act, along with an understanding of TCU’s obligations under the law, your reporting requirements as a CSA, and the procedures for reporting allegations of crime. Questions regarding the role and responsibilities of a CSA and/or the required online training should be directed to the Director of Clery Act Compliance, Mike Webster at m.n.webster@tcu.edu or 817-257-1760.
