Lead International Programs
All programs associated with an academic program or earning academic credit will be reviewed by TCU Global as part of the portfolio of programs offered.
Submit Proposal For Study Abroad Program
- Review the Call for Proposals (typically sent in January)
- Submit the Program Interest Form by the deadline.
- TCU Global will review to create a portfolio of programs for the year.
Leading study abroad programs requires a 12 – 15 month preparation process. TCU Global will facilitate the process, along with program leaders, which includes program development, contracting, creating an online brochure, recruiting / admitting / enrolling students, and preparing students for travel. Program leaders will be responsible for designing the academic experience, delivering the course content, and managing student issues while abroad.
Intercultural & Global Teaching
The AAC&U’s Intercultural Knowledge and Competence VALUE Rubric and Global Learning VALUE Rubric may help you add intercultural and global learning to your classes.
TCU Global also maintains a Digital Resource Library with activities and assignments to help students develop intercultural and global competencies. Contact for more information.
Health and Safety Resources
Students and program leaders are enrolled in On Call International, a premier global assistance company, to provide a global assistance service with accident, illness and travel insurance.
In addition, TCU Global provides a robust set of resources and training for both students and program leaders, as well as emergency protocols for a variety of incidents.
